Kids, join for us AWANA Clubs!
AWANA – Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed – 2 Timothy 2:15

AWANA is a ministry to reach children with the gospel and train them to know, love and serve Christ through Bible teaching, Scripture memorization, games, special events and lots of fun. 

Our AWANA ministry is available to children ages 3 (as of August 31, 2010) through the 5th grade.

We offer two sessions of AWANA Clubs
Each Wednesday (September – May)
First Session:  4:00PM – 5:35PM
Second Session:  6:45PM – 8:15PM

2011 – 2012 AWANA clubs will begin on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 for members of First Redeemer Church

AWANA Registration:

Below is registration information for non-members:

Date: Thursday, September 8, 2011
Time:  6:00PM – 8:00PM
Place:  Grand Foyer of First Redeemer Church

Registration forms for AWANA Clubs will be accepted on the abovementioned date.  However, placement of children will be based on availability within the AWANA program.  Therefore, you will be contacted within the following week regarding your child’s registration status; either placed in the program or on a waiting list.

Fees and Payment for AWANA Clubs:

New Clubber - $50.00
Fee is for a child new to the AWANA program or is entering a new club within the program and covers initial uniform, handbook, bag, badges/patches and awards.  There will be an additional cost for replacement of any item or as your child progresses to another handbook.  Any requested materials should be paid for in advance (verse CD’s, t-shirts, etc…)

Returning Clubber - $20.00
Fee for a child that has attended current club and has an appropriate uniform and Handbook specific for the Club.  This fee covers progression to one Handbook, badges/patches and awards.

At the time of registration, we will be happy to assist you regarding items your child will need.

Payment of fees and items should be made at the time of registration.  Checks, debit/credit card or cash will be accepted.

AWANA Cubbies Preschool boys and girls

For 3 and 4 year old boys and girls
(children must be 3 years old as of August 31, 2011 & completely potty-trained)

AWANA Cubbies is fun with a purpose – to reach kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our Cubbies program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.

AWANA Sparks
Boys and Girls in kindergarten through 2nd grade

Sparks club meetings combine learning about Jesus and God’s Word with fun, to create an atmosphere of excitement for children.

AWANA Truth & Training
Boys and Girls in 3rd through the 5th grades

Truth & Training helps teach third through fifth grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives.

The Everlasting Seed Company
Boys and Girls Kindergarten through the 5th Grade

The Everlasting Seed Company is our Children’s Ministry and is for children Kindergarten through the 5th grade. The purpose is to see children “planted, rooted, and growing in Christ”. Jesus in Luke 8:11 in explaining the parable of the sower said… “the seed is the word of God.” We provide a comprehensive ministry program to plant the seed of God’s Word into the hearts and minds of children in a way that’s FUN!

Sprout Town
Boys and Girls Birth through 4 Years Old

Sprout Town is our Preschool Ministry and is for children Birth through 4 years old. The purpose is to see the Word of God planted in the hearts of these precious little children and begin to see their faith “sprout”

KidWorx
Boys and Girls from Kindergarten through the 3rd Grade

Which is our Children’s Church that meets each Sunday morning at 10:45 AM. KidworX is designed for children Kindergarten through the 3 rd grade.
