Be a “mom” or “dad” to approximately 7-10 students and 1-2 Bible study leader(s); provide sleeping space (students will bring sleeping bags, etc.) and recreation area, one-two meals and ongoing snacks, transportation to/from church and for Saturday activities. Friday, February 24th, 5:15PM through Sunday, February 26th, 9:15AM. (Also, be available to meet your assigned students on Wednesday, February 22nd, 7:15PM-8:00PM.)

Not all host homes are able to transport all of their assigned students. Therefore, additional drivers are needed to assist with transportation to/from the church and host homes and to also help with Saturday activities. Friday, February 24th beginning at 5:15PM through Sunday, February 26th at 9:15AM (or any portion thereof!)

Assist our host homes by providing meals/snacks for students and/or guest band/speaker.

Assist with checking in students on Friday, February 24th, 5:15PM-7:00PM.

Assist with preparing luggage tags, sorting t-shirts, assembling bags, etc. Monday, February 20th through Friday, February 24th (times flexible and TBD between 10:00AM and 5:00PM that week.)

Assist with set-up and serving of pizza buffet luncheon and clean up afterwards on Saturday, February 25th (approximately 11:00AM-1:30PM).

We anticipate there will be some students who can only attend this event if they have financial assistance. Would you be able to make a donation to sponsor a student?
